• Arrival : between 5PM and 8PM. Outside of these times, please get in touch with us.  

• We reserve reservations until 8PM. Please get in touch if you arrive late. 

• Departure : latest at 11 AM

 

• All buildings at Pancemont Manor are strictly non-smoking.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Children at Pancemont Manor are under the sole and strict supervision of their parents.

Terms of Sale

We confirm reservation when we receive a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay. (bank check, money transfer) Payment of the deposit implies a full understanding and acceptance of the sales conditions. 
The balance is due on the day of arrival. 

All cancellations or modifications by the client must be sent in written form (letter or email) to Pancemont Manor. Such demands are only valid via a written reply from Pancemont Manor. 
 

In Case of Cancellation:
The deposit remains due to Pancemont Manor, if the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before planned arrival. 
The balance is due in full in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival. 
In case of a shorter stay,  the balance of the full payment is still due to Pancemont Manor.
